It will not be allowed to nominate the board:
If the research project is not registered.
If any documents are missing from the School Records Office.
The board may consist of:

Co-advisors from UFV and another institution are not considered external to the program or to UFV.
Post-docs are not considered external to UFV.
All members of the board must have a doctorate.
Graduates of the Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine course at UFV will only be able to participate in the board in the year following their defense.
